How to install the latest EM 12c Database Plugin

Hi Everyone,
In EM 12c, you must have a plugin installed on the OMS and the agent in order to manage a target.  The Database Plugin allows you to manage and monitor the database related targets.  From time to time, Oracle releases new plugins that contain patch fixes and new features.  To access these new features and bug fixes, you should download and install the latest plugin for the EM Base Platform that you have running.  Also in between plugin releases, Oracle may also release a patch for a plugin which will raise the revision number of that plugin.  If you would
