Global deployment function- errors in "webpage cannot be found" after RUP5 upgrade

 We are testing rup5 upgrade- while testing we found that global deployment function errors in "webpage cannot be found" while creating the proposal. Please let us know someone else had the same issue.
Navigation:
US HRMS Manager> people> global deployment> create proposal > enter "effective date, source business group, last name, first name" > select employee and click continue > on the deployment details screen > select "Permanent deployment", start date, deployment reason > click next and then receiving "Webpage cannot found issue"
