EBS R12.1 RapidWiz specifies merged directory path names during system check

This is on RHEL 6 (64 bit) server

Error is that it is creating in "ebsVIS" when the correct location is "ebs/VIS" (notice slash).  Message in log file:

   creating using command: mkdir -p /app/ebsVIS/apps/tech_st/10.1.3/appsutil/jdk

   RW-00022: Error: - Unable to create directory with proper privileges:
                JDK_TOP
                Mount Point = /app/ebsVIS/apps/tech_st/10.1.3/appsutil/jdk

Note that rapidwiz is creating other directories successfully:

   creating using command: mkdir -p /app/ebs/VIS/apps/apps_st/comn/java/classes

   JAVA_TOP Created Successfully
     Mount Point = /app/ebs/VIS/apps/apps_st/comn/java/classes
