Asset KFF related

Hello.

We are on Oracle R12.1.3 instance.

FA module is already live in production as part of Release1.  Now, as part of Rlease2 we want to make some changes in Asset KFF i,e, Asset Location KFF and Asset Key KFF.

Questions:

1.) If  "Prompts" to these KFF segments is changed, can it cause negative impact in production?

2.) Is it advisable to add another segment to existing assets KFFs?
