Claim Auto Approval

Hello,
We are trying to set up certain claims to be automatically approved. We have created a dummy user and have created an approval rule for any claims under a certain dollar amount to be routed to the dummy user. Currently, we have to log into the application to manually approve the claims. How do we automate this process?
