AAIs processing differently based on Record Type

I’m having an issue regarding how the AAIs for LDs are calculating based on record type.

When a record type 1 is used and the employee's HMCU was 2001035, the system uses   the MCUO when there was is blank AAI instruction.  However, when a record type 2 was used and the employee's HMCU was 2001035, the system uses the HMCU when there was a blank AAI instruction.

Essentially, when an employee is record type 1, the system reads the BLANK HBU T2/LD record FIRST and then the non-blank HBU record SECOND. This is correct. It is critical that we be able to route the labor expense differently if the employee charges to a Job Location.
