R 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 upgrade

Note ID I am looking at is 761570.1 and looked for Path E as it suits For users on 11.1.0.7:

Following Note ID, I am getting the following errors for patch:

For patch 7639602 applied patch 8833297 as pre-requisite and it is conflicts the below patches:
8940108
9026927
9066130
9554727
9743057


I want to upgrade R12.1.1 to R12.1.3 and doing the above step..
The message occurs is To resolve patch conflicts please contact Oracle Support Services.
If you continue, patch(es) [  8833297 ] will be rolled back and the new Patch  [ 9066130 ] will be installed.

Can I skip these patches and go with install process?
