RMAN Restore failed asking block change tracking file

 Hi,
We are trying to restore a backup using backup duplicate.

but it failed with following error:

ORA-19750: change tracking file: '+DATA01/abprd/changetracking/ctf.311.797076607'
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +DATA01/abprd/changetracking/ctf.311.797076607
ORA-15012: ASM file '+DATA01/abprd/changetracking/ctf.311.797076607' does not exist

We recently enabled block change tracking for RMAN backups. The path '+DATA01/abprd' is the database that we take the
