Part list issued qty ,does not exist at cardex !

Hi Group,

We are into Enterpriseone 8.12. We are running interop program for work order material consumption(IM). Sometimes,  I found 'F3111.wmtrqt' updates consumption qty value , but the same record does not exist at Item Ledger ( Means, No 'IM' entries @ cardex , where as the 'Issued qty' is been updated). Due to this ...on-hand qty does not deplete , but R31802A will take F3111.wmcts1 filed value for Manufacturing accounitng.  This is something like integrity issue.

Is there anyway to troubleshoot this issue ? Is it a bug ? Is there any ESU fix available ? Please share your expertise.
