AME : Trying to use the action type = 'HR_POSITION' but could not find any action in the list, it sa

Hello Experts,

I am trying to create an AME rule useing the 'HR_POSITION' action type. I could not find any action in the ACTION LOV to select from. From the business analyst responsibility when i open the 'ACTION TYPE' page, found no ACTIONs are listed.

Can you advise why the action list is empty ?
