R12 _Changes in AP_CARDS_ALL ?

Hi

In R11 we are fecthing card_number (not NULLABLE column) from ap_cards_all table .
But in R12 card_number is nullable column and we see that there are no values present in this column in R12..

Can you please explain this and suggest a alternative to find card number.
