Stray attachments

Hi,

Upon querying the Service Lead or Service Agent responsibilities and going into Contact Centre, when I click on the paperclip icon, I can view stray attachments that other people have added to SR's.

They are completely random.

These can be viewed even before I have queried any SR's.

Please let me know if any of you has seen this, and knows a resolution for this issue.
