ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: While creating customer in R12

Hello,

We are in the process of upgrading from 11.0.5 to R12, while creating a customer manually we are getting following error;

"The following SQL error occurred: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error."

We are not able to obtain any related note in metalink. Appreciate any help in this regard.
