Instance "+ASM", status BLOCKED

Hello All,
I have not seen any issue or any issue reported but curious to know why it shows as status blocked for ASM instance. Is it a known issue or any bug reported in 10.2.0.5 database. When i say lsnrctl status  i have seen the below regarding the ASM instance.

Service "+ASM" has 1 instance(s).
  Instance "+ASM", status BLOCKED, has 1 handler(s) for this service...
Service "+ASM_XPT" has 1 instance(s).
  Instance "+ASM", status BLOCKED, has 1 handler(s) for this service...
