P-cards: Can p-card reside within IBY tables in the encrypted form (R12) ?

Hi,

     When p-card is associated to an employee, can it be stored in ecrypted form within Oracle Payments (EBY tables) in R12? If the Oracle Payments is configured for encryption does it NOT apply for p-cards?
