Uploading Daily rates completes with the error Duplicate Row or overlapping Date Range found in R12.

Currently when uploading a daily currency rate in general ledger in R12.1.3 the program - Daily Rates import program errors with the message "Duplicate Row or overlapping Date range found".  Daily rates can be entered without any problems in the Cash management module.  Does anyone have a possible solution for this error?
