Steps After Deploying Agents Please advise

Hello
I have just successfully installed Enterprise manager Cloud Control 12c on windows server 2008 R2. The agents are also successfully deployed for Solaris10 x64 which has a database 11g instance and application server running. I can see the metrics getting populated e.g CPU, etc for the Solaris server.

My question is that do I have to push or configure anything more to get the information for the running database and application server on the Solaris Server or the agent deployed will eventually report on these metrics also. Please advise...Thanks.
