Payables : Rel 12.1.3 : Invalid FV (Federal Accounting) PL/SQL objects in a non-Federal (UK) environ

Hi there

After applying Patch 14273383 (R12.1: PAYABLES RECOMMENDED PATCH COLLECTION (CORE AP), AUGUST 2012) the following packages were invalid.

FV_BUDGET_DISTRIBUTION_HDR_V
FV_FACTS_TBAL_TRANSACTIONS
FV_FACTS_TBAL_TRX
FV_FACTS_TRANSACTIONS
FV_FACTS_TRX_REGISTER
FV_SF133_NOYEAR
FV_SF133_ONEYEAR
FV_SLA_AR_PROCESSING_PKG
FV_SLA_CST_PROCESSING_PKG
FV_SLA_PO_PROCESSING_PKG

We have applied Patch 10207500:R12.FV.B  ("CREATING PATCH WITH ALL FEDERAL ODFS") but that only fixed
the View FV_BUDGET_DISTRIBUTION_HDR_V

We have also been told that the object FV_FACTS_TBAL_TRANSACTIONS is redundant in our current release
