Concurrent Managers fails due to the XDPQFAS process

Hi, 

I've got this fail frecuently,

The Administer Concurrent Managers form shows, that the  XDPQFAS process fails. 
Then the Output Post Processor launches more processes.
So the system get low performance.

This is the Internal Manager log when it happened:

                   Process monitor session started : 14-NOV-2012 11:06:55

                     Process monitor session ended : 14-NOV-2012 11:06:55

                   Process monitor session started : 14-NOV-2012 11:08:55
