6241631 - ATG RUP 7 : 11.5.10.2 : Package fv_facts_trx_register will not compile

This thread will address your following issue -

I have upgraded to 11.5.10.2 ATG 7. Package fv_facts_trx_register will not compile.
PLS-00313: 'POPULATE_TABLE' not declared in this scope
PLS-00313: 'GET_DOC_INFO' not declared in this scope

Package FV_FACTS_TRX_REGISTER will not compile after applying patches
