Sysfader: IEXPLORE.EXE

Hi,
We have siebel remote client users in our application. One of the remote user is getting the below error messgae, when he tries to open the siebel application. The application starts and after a few seconds it crashes with the below error message:

SYSFADER: IEXPLORE.EXE - APPLICATION ERROR   INSTRUCTION AT 0X05E65EB2 REFERENCE MEMORY AT 0X00000000 MEMORY CANNOT BE READ.
MEMORY CANNOT BE READ CLICK OK TO TERMINATE.

Please let me know if there are any IE setting that need to be verified.
