Unable to Export data

Hi,
One of the user is hainvg an issue while exporting data to from the list view. After selecting Menu -- Export, it shows exporting data and after a few seconds the window hangs and shows a message "Navigation to the page is cancelled..."

I tried all the IE settings and increased the temporary internet files storage also but no luck. If i select one record and export it is workign fine.

User also mentioned the same export with the same user id works fine from another desktop which uses same configuration.

Please let me know, what settings i need to verify.
