Cannot view paycheck

Just recently some of our users are unable to view their paycheck through self-service HR when using IE8 or IE9. When they choose their pay period and click Go, the only thing that appears is a gray screen.  If the user switches to Firefox or Chrome, they are able to view the check without issue. Has anyone experienced this issue before?
