Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Apps 12.1.3

Customer has applied the patch 14247039 on ascp instance and the customer now wants the patch to rollback.
Is it possible to do so?
