R12: Buyer's Workcenter, Users see "You must save your changes before continuing. Do you want to save now?" when viewing action history on an approved PO.

When BWC users view action history on approved or closed PO's, they receive the message "You must save your changes before continuing. Do you want to save now?"

This is very confusing for users, as they are afraid they will accidently make an update to a PO and trigger reapproval. 

There are no personalizations on the form.

Has anyone run into this before? Is it fixable?
