Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to remove Webdav in release 11i..

In release 12 we have Integrating Oracle E-Business Suite (11i, R12, and R12.1) with Content Management Repositories (Doc ID 1061947.1)

But for customer who are on release 11i , and with the partial integration of Webdav..We do get into the following situation :

Try to open a file uploaded to Oracle Applications : an attachment with MSOffice 2010.

The attachment can only be saved but not opened via the (Invoice Workbench) as a example.

When "Open" is selected, one user receives "Navigation to webpage was cancelled" error

while the second user gets a message "Connecting..." for the same attachment.

When "Save" is selected, all users can save the document. The data type is (File) for the attachment.
