Leave Accruals Incorrect after RUP5

Had anyone experienced leave accrual mess up after applying RUP5 and EOY Phase 1?

We just applied the patches, and our leave accrual is caculated much less for the coming pay period, then goes up for the next one.

It looks like the rate we had in the past was calculated based on 27 pay period for 2012, and the rate after the coming pay period will be calculated on a 26 pay period base.
