Patch: 3653484 (11i.FIN_PF.G) : Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully: ARXRAATR.pll, AR

Issue: While applying patch 3653484 (11i.FIN_PF.G) getting the following error:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        ARXRAATR.pll
au      resource        ARXTWACC.pll
au      resource        ARXTWMA2.pll
au      resource        ARXTWMAF.pll

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : No
