Menu securitty by role

Hi,
I want to make a folder under a particular menu tree to be viewed by a Role.

While I allow the Role to view the folder using P9035, I see that its showing Enabled as "Y" but Ävailable in Applied Role as "N". I have checked that the role is having all access for the above directories/Folder of the tree.

So why this is showing as N and how to change it.
