Where can we find the mapping of the columns under quality_results_interface table and the quality r

Hi, We are trying to import quality results through quality_results_interface table.
But finding difficult to get the mapping between the table column name and the form heading. (i.e. column CHARACTER13 refers to IRN Number ).
Is there any place where we can find this mapping ?
Please advise.
