11i Spanis Patch 15838227_E Forms not generated while applying NLS patch(Spanish)

Hi,


The below patch we applied and while applying the patch only we got the error rmessage saying that the below forms did not generated sucessfully.
patch number : 15838227_E
Yes while applying the patch it showd that the mentioned form files did not generated succesfully we skipped and continued to apply the patch..


Applied NLS patch for spanish language and the patch application is not able to generate the below forms.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

gmd     forms/E GMDTPSEQ.fmx
gmd     forms/E GMDSPDSH.fmx
gme     forms/E PMPARTDB.fmx
