R12 Cannot create clause in Contracts core module

Hello,

Currently experincing problems creating clauses. When clicking create clause button get exception message '<!--StartFragment-->oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:912)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanHelper.processRequest(OAWebBeanHelper.java:616)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanContainerHelper.processRequest

Have just recently applied patch UNABLE TO IMPORT CLAUSE WHEN MO: DEFAULT OPERATING UNIT IS NOT SETUP (13514415) which was sucessfully. But do not know if this is the reason we can no longer create clauses in the library.

Has anybody had similar experinces
