Discrepency in Pick Slip Report and Shipping transaction form

Hi,

   We had a shipset on three sale order  lines. Initially we tried to pick release but it did not. So we removed the shipset and pick released the order. This time it was successful. Pick slip report was normal and the warehouse control board showed all lines picked (this is WMS enabled org). But what makes strange here is the shipping transaction form shows two lines as partially back ordered when actually all the lines are picked. The question is why does the shipping transaction form shows in this manner i.e partially backordered. Please suggest what could have gone wrong.
