Pull date from Audit trail date in co3

Gurus,

I have a requirement to capture the date a co3 record is associated to an opportunity record. this date is captured in the audit trail of the CO3 record.
Is it possible to pull the date details from the Audit trail on CO3.  The date seems to be constant and is not changed. as and when another opportunity is associated to the same CO3, a new row is created in the audit trail.

Based on this data, the number of days the specific opportunities was associated to the CO3 record would be captured and displayed in the list. something similiar to the number of days a record was in specific sales stage in an opportunity.
