Another 12c How to Limit incident metric email alerts per time period Post

Hi Everyone,

I have a recurring incident for ORA-00600 [12337] which is flooding me with email alerts. This is similar to the query in this forum: 12c How to Limit incident metric email alerts per time period.

Since MOS says this issue will not be fixed until 12.1 RDBMS, we have no need to see these alerts anymore as it generated hundreds of email (1 per incident) and masking real alert issues.  

I have suppressed the problem "until manually unsupressed" in Grid 12c. However, this seems to be ignored and the emails continue to be sent. I don't want to suppress all ora-600 alerts through thresholds to fix this.
