Customize the Expenditure Type View

Is there a way we can Customize the Expenditure Type View to restrict the Expenditure Type LOV in Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Invoice, Expense Report and Miscellaneous Expenses?
The expenditure types are different for different operating units and we don't want to allow users to view the list for all the organizations.
Appreciate any help.
