Don't print a report with no data

Hello,
I have this report (UBE) execute by the scheduler every week day hour. This report is sent directly to a printer. The problem is that, even if there's no data on the report, it's send to the printer...I know that if I do a "Stop batch processing" in the code, it won't send the report to the printer but it will finish in error and we don't want that happen...is there anybody has another solution to my problem?
