Whse telnet directed task not showed WCB Queued Tasks

Hi

I have set Default picking tasks and  resource, employee, task and dept ..all are assgined and defined assignment task to return the task when the source subinv name ='RM'

The pick released sales order comes to WCB as pending and then assigned to particular employee( The showed error as Employee name  is not eligible to perform task)

Please help me the what is the reason behind
