Autoinvoice Interface lineswere accidentally deleted, now I cannot get the Autoinvoice Master Progra

 has anyone ever "accidentally" deleted lines out of the Autoinvoice Interface - that have errors ?
when we try run our autoinvoice program for the specific orders whose lines were deleted out of the interface, we can not enter the sales order number into the parameters.  
is there a flag that we can flip to allow the program to see the orders again?
