Disabling the 'Apply Receipts' button in the Agreements form

Dear Projects Gurus,

We are upgrading to 12.1.3 and I am trying to disable the 'Apply Receipt' button(function) from the Agreements form. However, I am finding that there is no function with that name to exclude.

Can anyone please let me know how this can be done because we do not want the users to 'Apply Receipts' and want to remove that atogether from the responsibilities.

I appreciate  your feedback.
