Reports display defaults to User

Is there anything that can be done so that when user accesses a report displayed on a Dashboard, it defaults to their name instead of having them manually select their name first (is it in User Edit page)?  These reports have prompts so user has to select their name, hit Go before their data is displayed.  Thanks.
