Hi Raghuram,
Welcome to patching community !!!

Issue: When applied the Patch 11691508 in UAT Instance, we are facing the issue as
" The view is APPS.BOM_EXPL_INQUIRY_VIEW and the error is “ORA-00904: "BOM_GLOBALS"."GET_CONCAT_SEGS": invalid identifier”.
