Western Australian EM admins - what timezone do you use?

Our EM server is in Western Australia where the correct timezone identifier is "WST".

E.g.

$ date
Fri Nov 16 14:47:45 WST 2012


However, when I try to add MOS credentials I see:

"Refresh From My Oracle Support - Error: ORA-01882: timezone region not found ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_JOB_SCHEDULER", line 822 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_JOB_ENGINE", line 3409 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_JOB_ENGINE", line 3602 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_JOB_ENGINE", line 4615 ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_JOB_OPS", line 235 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.GC_JOB", line 29 ORA-06512: at line 1"

This is addressed in note 1391819.1.

Now, I'm not entirely sure that I've understood the note correctly but my interpretation is that if the server's current timezone isn't recognised then you have to change it to one that is recognised.
