Min Max based on Sourcing rule

Hello

I am setting up Min Max planning on the subinventory level for an item which is sourced from supplier. Following are the setups i am doing

1. Setup min max value in the Subinventory/item form , source as supplier

2. Sourcing rule is setup in Assignment set.

After the setup,

1. Ran the min max report

2. Run 'Requisition Import' Program

However the issue is the supplier and the supplier site is not getting populated automatically as per the sourcing rule in Requisition/PO

Could any one please let me know what is missing from the setups?
