AP Remittance Advice in R12

Hi All,

   We are trying to trigger AP Remittacne Advice workflow from the  responsibility Workflow Administrator web-->Developer studio.The workflow is not getting triggred and no error message is displayed.In status monitor the the status is Notified and the Activity is Receive Event.How to intiate the AP remmitance Workflow.We have noticed that a bussiness event oracle.apps.ap.payment is associated with the workflow. Do we need to call the Bussiness event and then trigger the workflow??
