TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out error

Hi,

My 11gR2 Databases Alert log(s) may show frequent timeout related messages such as:

VERSION INFORMATION:
TNS for Solaris: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
Oracle Bequeath NT Protocol Adapter for Solaris: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
TCP/IP NT Protocol Adapter for Solaris: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
Time: 22-JAN-2011 21:48:23
Tracing not turned on.
Tns error struct:
ns main err code: 12535

TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out
ns secondary err code: 12560
nt main err code: 505

TNS-00505: Operation timed out
nt secondary err code: 145
nt OS err code: 0

They look like informational and we are not facing any issues as such. This is mostly seen on 11g databases. Any ideas/fix for this.
