R12.1.3 : SLA Hotfix fails due to invalid package CST_SLA_UPDATE_PKG

Hi,

When running the SLA Hotfix the process errors out showing the following error. Package CST_SLA_UPDATE_PKG is invalid and cannot be recompiled. This is the first time that we have run the SLA Hotfix with all patches in note 1460065.1 applied. Please explain what needs to be done to successfully run the SLA Hotfix. This is our "dress rehearsal" for the R12 Go Live which will happen in 2 weeks.
