ASR Manager Load!

Hello All,
We are planning to intsall ASR software in the customer's Data centre and now i just need to know one thing that if i install ASR manager on one system then how it will take load means cpu load,memory load,disk load.

I just want to know what is the ASR manager software load on the system.Does it put a lot of load or as written it will co-reside with other applications and services.
