Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We are on version 8.0. Is there any documentation or is anyone familiar with what generates a HOLD?

1. The line hold is not working.

2. The same hold goes on multiple times even though there is no change in the order. Why? We spend too much time releasing holds

3. I can see when a hold is released but not when it is generated
