Power failure causes server down

 I have a server called Server1, this server runs oracle 9i release 2
9.2.0.1 but due to power failure, the server goes down and we can't 

reopen it because the power supplier is died but we could take the hard disks

out and connect them with other device we could access the data and get the

data files and the control files

then we bought new server called server2, I installed oracle 11g release 2

11.2.0.1 , I urgent need to use the data files and the control files that I 

got from server1 to restore the data into the server2 how can I achieve that
